:excited: Yeah another series coming up! I hope you guys love =lockstock as much as I do since she will be most likely be the model in all of them.
So yeah here is the first a woman changing from her human figure into a creature of the seas. My dream as all of you know I have a fascination with water.
=lockstock sent me a package of stock images just for me! I was so happy since they're all perfect. I used one of them as a reference for this piece. I started painting over at first but then I thought what the heck I'll do a painting!

I want to dedicate this piece to 3 people! To Angelles Laveau (=angelles) who is basically a lifesaver. To Enola Laveau (*EnolaLaVeau) who had a baby boy Congratulations!!! And of course to Seth who IS the baby boy ;)
I know you guys love water creatures so it had to be this one!

Different painting techniques used to improve my blending. And some warmer skintones than usual in my under water pieces. Trying to use a slighly more varied colour pallet to get a better contrast. Not sure if it worked but I like it anyway.

Huge thank you to =lockstock who is the perfect model! And is basically stalked and bugged by me non stop since she appears in about 50% of my artworks :lol:

LOVE the concept!! i'm just as in love with the ocean as you are... and would love to be a sea creature of sorts :love: this is awesome. i love how you can still see her legs and she s just starting to develop spots of scales... and the contrast is GREAT. good technique with the warmer hues. works well... especially for a transformation sort of thing.

I love this piece, it's blueee :drool: I love water too...swiming is one of the things i like to do the most:aww:
