Artist's Comments

Well this one was quite a challenge. The model is based on 3 different pictures by *Lisajen-stock. Everything was repainted. For a change I tried to paint some floral patterns and laces. It was fun doing all the detail work.
Well I hope it's what you guys expected it to be. I didn't want it to turn out macabre, I think I succeeded in that anyhow.

I really like her expression, it captures my whole idea of the metamorphosis series very well. Rebirth, coming back as a better person after being hurt. Changing into something you never imagined you could be.
I hope you all enjoy viewing this piece.
