Whoooohooo, I'm back
 FINALLY! Since I came back from my holiday I had no inspiration at all. Very frustrating. I couldn't really stand being around here much either. I'm sorry  But feeling all inspired now so I can finally step back into the artworld. Anyway about the artwork. I know it's a bit cheezy, the zodiac signs and all. But I've been planning this series for over a year now and I really want to do it. So here is the first. Taurus. I am a taurus myself, so I thought it would be nice to do that first. The main colour, green, is the colour of the starstone that goes with the zodiac sign Taurus. The Emerald. Ironically my real name is Emerald  I must say I like the rich dark colouring of this. Don't ask me about the blindfold. I will blindfold every model I use in this series. I just find it mysterious and I think it adds to the image. Well of course the bulls horn ( nothing satanic  ) as taurus is a bull. I added angels in the background for 2 reasons- I like angels - I don't want anyone to think there is some weird satanic message behind this. The model is made up out of 2 pictures, both provided by the gorgeous *auralis-stock. Couldn't have done it without her  In the original image her boots were showing and even though they are gorgeous boots, they really had to go  It too me a good while to create the blindfold. I used reference from ~extravert-stock background images are from : ~meastock ~silkroses-stock sxc.hu Well I think I've said enough. I'm rather pleased with the result. I hope you are too. Again my apologies for my absense. I will come around and say hello to you all as soon as I get my account cleaned up  p.s. The next will probably be Virgo, I need to make a gift for someone  |
